Chroma 62000D系列双向可程控直流电源供应器兼具电源及负载特性,双象限操作,可允许待测物的能量馈入此电源,适用于新能源之储能系统测试,如光伏/储能混合式逆变器、电池储能变流器(PCS)等测试于模拟储能电池之充电与放电转换。62000D也适用新能源车应用之双向车载充电器(BOBC)、双向直流转换器、DC-AC马达驱动器等电源管理系统,借以取代电池达到双向的电源转换模拟测试。
传统直流电源于马达驱动器测试时,需搭配二极体于输出防止逆灌,以及需增加电子负载作为马达煞车时或下坡运转时的逆灌电流消耗负载。而62000D系列双向直流电源供应器可作为直流电源输出,亦可作为直流电子负载操作,具一机双用,满足马达驱动器测试,节省体积空间及简易配置,更能将逆灌能量反馈至电网,达到节能效益,同时针对跨象限的瞬时响应能力,62000D拥有高速的瞬时响应时间小于1.5ms (-90%to+90%)。
62000D系列双向直流电源包含9个不同的机型,3U高度内含18kW为业界之高功率密度设计,单机输出功率范围从6kW到18kW,输出电流范围可达±540A,电压范围至1800V。62000D可由主从控制简易均流并联10台仪器,达180kW供大功率应用。
62000D系列双向直流电源具有100步骤可编程设定,使用者可透过List Mode自订编辑所需输出波形,且62000D系列并具有高斜率控制,可满足许多测试需求,例如部分新能源汽车零 部件测试法规LV123、LV148等测项所需,搭配Chroma Softpanel软件界面,使用者更可一键操作输出测试。
62000D系列双向直流电源为通用电压200~480Vac输入,具主动式PFC低电流谐波馈网,尤其在高功率测试环境下明显节省用电成本及电力系统配置、降低测试环境温度,适用于全球各地区电力系统,并可选择多种控制方式, 支援数位USB/LAN/CAN/GPIB通讯界面及类比APG界面。
